At Moonluxe, every product is handmade with care. If you experience an issue, please email: hello@moonluxe.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Change-of-Mind

Moonluxe does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.


This includes:

  • choosing the wrong scent

  • scent preference

  • ordering by mistake

  • colour variations due to handmade nature

This is compliant with Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your candle or product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund your item.

Please provide:

  • order number

  • clear photos of the product + packaging

Lost Parcels

Delays caused by Australia Post are outside our control but we will assist with investigations.

Allergies + Sensitivities

Ingredients are listed on our website and packaging.


We cannot refund for allergic reactions or sensitivities, as each person’s body is different.
